At Dream Pet Beds, we aim to get your pet’s comfort delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery Options

Free Next Day UK Delivery (Free Shipping Only Available on UK Orders) – Available on all UK orders over £50.

Standard UK Delivery Fee – For UK orders under £50, we offer next day delivery at a standard shipping fee.

USA Shipping – We offer shipping to the United States.
Please note:

• Free shipping does not apply to USA orders

• Delivery typically takes 5–12 working days

• All USA orders are shipped from the UK

Shipping costs for USA orders are calculated at checkout.

Courier Service

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
International orders, including USA shipments, are sent using trusted international courier services.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Time

UK Next Day Delivery means your order should arrive the day after dispatch.

USA Delivery typically takes 5–12 working days from dispatch.

Please note: while our couriers deliver the majority of orders on time, delays can occasionally occur.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
