At Dream Pet Beds, we aim to get your pet’s comfort delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery Options

• Free Next Day Delivery – Available on all orders over £50.

• Standard Delivery Fee – For orders under £50, we offer next day delivery at a standard shipping fee.

Courier Service

We ship all orders via Royal Mail to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Next Day Delivery means your order should arrive the day after dispatch.

• Please note: while Royal Mail delivers the majority of orders on time, in rare cases delivery may take an extra working day.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver across the UK (including mainland and Northern Ireland).

• Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet our next-day promise, delivery may be delayed in the event of:

• Severe weather conditions

• Postal strikes or courier issues

• Remote delivery locations
